Melbourne Pre-Season Boot Sessions

Ortho Ski is coming to Melbourne. We’re heading South to help sort you out prior to the strangest Australian winter season we've ever experienced. Chair lift for one?

We will be holding ski boot clinics to give you access to the perfect boots. We will have new custom ski boots and liners for those of you who need new boots, and we will also be modifying and fixing any of your current boots that are giving your feet grief on skis. Ski orthotics will be manufactured onsite to support and provide comfort for previously numb toes & any number of other ailments.

As always, assessment and orthotics are claimable on private health care under podiatry.

Boot alignment is part of the process, however please note canting (sole grinding) is only available at our on-snow clinic in Falls Creek during Australian winters (it really is an on-snow process).

Where will this wonderful service be taking place? North Melbourne boot clinic sessions will be run through our friends at GDJ Advertising 15-19 Gracie Street, North Melbourne VIC 3051.

How does it work? Whether you need new boots or modifications to your current boots, we will need time to make this happen. We will be taking 2 hour appointment times for new boot purchases and 1 hour for modifications. This will allow any shell changes and manufacture processes to take place on the same day, so you can go home with your boot-babies. It's unlikely you'll need to be present for the entire 2 hours, so bring your shoes so you can go for a walk and get some fresh air. What dates will you be in North Melbourne? Saturday 27th June Sunday 28th June Is this just for ski boots, or can snowboard boots get a look-in too? Absolutely, we can modify and fix snowboard boots, and manufacture board orthotics. However we don’t stock new board boots, so we can’t sell you new ones. We can advise on what boots you should be purchasing or help you with your current boots. We also modify and fix cross country ski boots and touring boots. Bring what you’ve got. Let us at ‘em! But I have more questions, you haven’t covered all the details here!
